Finding the products:
A easy way of finding products is to use the “QuickFind” in the header. Just type an description: HPI86032 --> type in field 86032 and enter.
 
About stock:
At this moment we have three types of remarks about stock: ON STOCK, WITHIN COUPLE OF DAYS (Within couple of days most of the time means, that this product has to be transfured from one place to another before we can ship), ON ORDER (We have to order in from suplier).
How to order:
Make an account: Follow the steps to create a account.
Then just put the products in the basket. If you have al the things you want, go to checkout. Customers outside the Netherlands must use “Parcel Delivery Service”. Then continue. Now you can do three things, one: pay using the iDEAL-system (most off the EU-countries have this), two: take the Rcfun Account and pay after they have received the parts (This must be approved), third: Use Paypal. After this you only have to confirm the order.
RCFUN Account:
For returning customers we offer to send the parts with a invoice. After receiving the parcel you have 14 days to pay us. You always have to pay. Even if parts have broken down within this period. If you pay to late, you can not use the RCFUN-Account again. After 21 days we charge 6% interest. Each reminder will give a extra cost of €10,--. As customer you will have to pay the extra costs.
What you need to know:
We do not backorder. We do not guarantee stock. All orders have shipping costs. Big parcel will have extra shipping costs. We do not ship in saturdays. Customers outside The Netherlands can NOT order "cash on delivery".
